Here is a quick tip to managing anxiety. Practice gratitude. The simple fact is this, anxiety and gratitude can not exist at the same time. The human brain processes both anxiety and gratitude through the same receptors. So the two can not be present at the same time. Next time you feel anxious, think of 3 things you are grateful for. Gratitude will shift your thoughts and distract you brain from thinking you are in danger. Oh- and if that doesn't work, hum.
